Returns Policy

Products

• Items do not match descriptions made by the salesperson, on packaging and labels, or in promotions or advertising of the listing
• Do not match any demonstration model or sample you asked for
• Are unfit for the purpose you were told the items would be fit for, or unfit for any purpose that you made known to the seller before purchasing and the seller confirmed the item would be fit for said purpose
• Do not come with full title and ownership, or undisturbed possession;
• Do not carry any hidden debts or extra charges.

Further to the above, products must meet any extra promises made about performance, condition and quality, such as life time guarantees and money back offers, made in the listing or during conclusion of the transaction.

Services

1. Are not provided with acceptable care and skill or technical knowledge, or the service are provided without taking all reasonably necessary steps to avoid loss and damage
2. Are not fit for the purpose or do not give the results that the parties had agreed too
3. Are not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed end date.

Who you can claim a remedy from

Users are referred to the rights and further information as set out by the Australian Competition And Consumer Commission, as shoppingtown.info is bound to adhere to these rights and will facilitate and enforce, as far possible, the provisions as set out by the ACCC.
