Item Description Policy

The information in a listing helps buyers decide whether to make a purchase, and as such the item description and information in the listing must be consistent. We have the following list of requirements to ensure all listings on shoppingtown.info provide buyers with all the necessary information. The listing page should be used only to describe the item for sale and to communicate the terms of the sale, and information not relevant to the listing must be included in your profile page.

Allowed

• Describe only the item you're selling in the listing, including its conditions and details of the item
• Describe any defects or flaws in the item
• Fully set out the terms of the sale to ensure both parties are aware thereof.

Not allowed

• Do not include conflicting product information in a listing or product, such as listing an item for 16G storage in the title when the description lists it as 32G
• Terms such as "top rated seller", "top seller", "premium service", "trusted seller" or other similar terms are only allowed to be included by our Feedback and rating systems, and you are not allowed to include these items yourself
• Do not list an item and state that it may be out of stock at the time of purchase
• Do not list products that contravenes any of shoppingtown.info?s policies, or that contain inappropriate or offensive opinions or comments about other users, political views, public service announcements, or other content that does not relate to the sale of an item.
