Inputting, Viewing and revoking Feedback

For very purchase done on the shoppingtown.info, we give each party once chance to provide Feedback and rate the other party in the transaction. This rating cannot be amended after submission, to ensure the rating system is kept fair and transparent.

To check your rating, click on View Order Feedback under the My Account section on the control panel to see feedback left from sellers, and click on View Seller Feedback under Manage Shop Order And Feedback to see feedback left from buyers.

You can provide comments or response to feedback left, but to prevent manipulation of the system we do not allow feedback to be amended. If both parties to a transaction wish to amend or withdraw their feedback, please Contact Us within 30 days of the date of the dispute feedback. We will only amend feedback if both parties agree, and subject to our own investigation and sole discretion on whether to amend the feedback

Certain types of Feedback are not allowed on shoppingtown.info and may be removed:

• Feedback containing personally identifying information about another user, such as a user's address, phone number, email address or real name, or that can be used to identify a user
• Feedback not related to a transaction, including a comment, reply or follow-up related to a different transaction or listing
• Feedback containing political, religious, social or other commentary, rather than genuine comments about a transaction
• Feedback containing language that is profane, vulgar, obscene or racist, as well as comments containing adult material or physical threats
• Negative Feedback comments left by a seller that directly contradict a positive rating
• Feedback containing links or promotional language which encourages buyers to purchase outside of shoppingtown.info?s site.
• Feedback that includes references to law enforcement investigations or shoppingtown.info investigations.
