You can only sell alcoholic beverages, such as wine and beer, on shoppingtown.info if you have a liquor licence and comply with the applicable federal and state laws for the territory you will be selling the alcoholic beverages in. And you have to list license number on the page where to sell alcohol.

On all alcohol related listings, please ensure that you include your liquor license in the listing, that it complies with the Alcohol Beverages Advertising Code (ABAC) and that your offers are for domestic postage only. The requirement to check that the buyer is of legal also rest upon the seller, so please ensure that the carrier selected can obtain the signature of an adult when making the delivery.
