Return Policy:

1. Before returning any item you must contact us, otherwise it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. 15% restocking fee will apply, unless otherwise advised(min. restocking charge of 10ex)

3. Clients canceling orders after goods have been delivered will incur a handle fee. Such fee shall be at the sole discretion of tradecenter.com.au.

4. Credits will not be given for returns on stock older than 7 days of invoice date, due to the high volatility of IT products.
